Oyun sektörünün köklü isimlerinden biri olan Valve kısa süre önce VR teknolojisi üzerine şekillendirdiği oyunu Half Life Alyx’i satışa sunmuştu. Aslında genel beklenti Valve’in Half Life 3’ü duyurması yönündeydi. Fakat VR işine büyük paralar yatıran Valve bu sektördeki sağlam oyun eksikliğini gidermek için elini taşın altına soktu ve Half Life Alyx’i oyun severlerin beğenisine sundu.
Valve geçtiğimiz günlerde VR destekli oyunu Half Life Alyx için devasa bir güncelleme yayınladı. Bu güncelleme ile birlikte oyuna Türkçe dil desteği de gelmiş oldu.
Aslında kimse Valve’den böyle bir hamle beklemiyordu. En azından ülkemizdeki VR kullanıcı sayısı düşünüldüğünde, Half Life Alyx için Türkçe’nin de desteklenen diller arasına dahil edilmesi gerçek bir sürpriz.
Elbette bu Türk oyun severler için olumlu bir durum. Belki ileride VR teknolojisi ucuzladığında herkes bu muazzam oyunu tecrübe edebilir.
Bu arada dip not olarak belirtelim. Güncelleme ile oyuna gelen tek yenilik Türkçe dil desteği değil. Bunun haricinde oyunda belli başlı düzeltmelere de gidildi. Örneğin artık oyuncular ışınlanmak için bir merdivenin tepesine tırmanmak zorundalar. Yani durduğunuz yerde iki elinizi bıraktığınızda ışınlanma olayı tamamen kaldırılmış durumda.
