Activision'un sevilen battle royale oyunu Call of Duty Warzone oyuncuları hile kullanan insanlardan daima şikayetçiydi. Hatta canlı yayınlarda yayıncıların dahi hile kullanmaya başladığı oyun bu konuda kullanıcıların güvenini kaybetmeye başlıyordu. Sonunda şirket oyunun motoruna müdahale ederek yapılan bir hileyi tespit edip, Pazartesi günü yaklaşık 20,000 oyuncuyu sunucularından yasakladı.
"Konuya aşina olan insanlar" siteye Nick Wagner isminde bir Twitch yayıncısının onlara EngineOwning ismindeki hileyi kullanmayı gösterdiğini yazdı. Geçtiğimiz haftalarda canlı yayında aynı hileyi kullanan bir başka Twitch yayıncısı da haberimize konu olmuştu. Hile gibi çok oyunculu oyunlarda kullanıcı deneyimini rezil eden bir aracın canlı yayınlarda kullanılıp gösterilmesi bile ayrı bir cesaret. Yasal olmadığını hepimiz biliyoruz.
EngineOwning adındaki web sayfası artık Call of Duty Warzone hile yazılımının şirket tarafından "tespit edildiğini" doğruluyor. Yani geliştirici Infinity Ward artık bu hileyi ve kullananları ne zaman kullanırsa kullansınlar tespit edebilir. Bu da hileci oyuncular için bu yazılımın artık işe yaramayacağını gösteriyor. EngineOwning CxCheats gibi değil, pes etmeyecek gibi görünüyor. Site yöneticisi AimBRoT, geliştiricilerin "algılama üzerinde çalışmaya" devam edeceğini söylüyor. Şimdi burada bazı kelimeler kullanmayı o kadar çok isterdim ki... Yalnızca çok oyunculu oyunlarda hile kullanan insanların acınası varlıklar olduğunu söylemekten öteye gidemiyorum.
